Welcome, Natti! Where are you from?
I am originally from Ethiopia.
Where did you go to school? What was your favorite class or professor and why?
I went to Unity Addis Ababa University.
My favorite professor was Dr. Hayle Megersa. He took a lot of time in class to make sure we all understood the material that we were learning. I could really see how much he cared for his class and for all his students. I always came out of his class feeling like I gained some new knowledge.
What does success look like to you?
Success is being part of something bigger; helping an organization to meet worthy goals, bringing value to the business. I would love to be a part of [Solvaria’s] success story.
What helps you focus and get in the groove of your DBA work?
I Identify the work-related habits that take my focus away. Then I make my work environment focus friendly.
What are you most excited about with Solvaria?
I researched the company's value statements and they really resonated with me. I want to implement those values on a greater scale, working with Solvaria to develop solutions for clients that are excited and happy to be part of the family.
If you had a week off work to go anywhere or do anything, what would you fill your time with?
I would choose to live it up in a 5 star hotel. I might also do a bit of [work] on my house.
